Get tested

Polysomnography, also called a sleep study, is a test used to diagnose sleep disorders. Polysomnography records your brain waves, the oxygen level in your blood, heart rate and breathing, as well as eye and leg movements during the study. Book a sleep study at one of our sleep facilities or get tested in the comfort of your own home.

Get CPAP therapy

If Sleep Apnea has been diagnosed, the last step will be to get CPAP therapy. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy is a common treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. CPAP works by blowing air into the throat via a mask, subtly increasing air pressure in the throat and preventing the airway from narrowing. The machine offers several benefits, such as reduced daytime fatigue, improved focus, lower blood pressure, and lower risk of heart disease.
